During the removal process, pay special attention not to pull the bag hard to prevent the rubber ring from falling off and causing contaminants to leak.

Seal the old filter: Seal the bag containing the old filter and check whether the seal is intact. Then, move the bag to a safe area for proper disposal.

Install the new filter: Unpack the new filter and check whether it is intact. Put the new filter in a new PVC bag or high-temperature bag and ensure that it will not be contaminated during transportation and installation. Next, put the new bag on the installation port of the filter and adjust the position so that it fits tightly with the filter.

Fix the new filter: Push the new filter into the installation position and fix it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure the sealing gasket of the filter is in close contact with the clamping mechanism to ensure the sealing effect.

Inspection and testing: Restart the system and perform a running test to verify the performance of the filter. At the same time, perform necessary performance tests, such as scanning leak tests, to ensure that the filter meets the specified standards.

Record and archive: Record the date, time, model and any relevant test results of the filter replacement for subsequent tracking and management.
